MY FIRST HALLOWEEN!

My first Halloween was soooooo much fun! I got to dress up as a fairy princess and go to lots of parties. First, mommy & daddy took me to the Capri Fall Festival (our housing development). There was a costume contest, pumpkin carving, hayrides and even magic Mike to entertain the crowds. My new friend Molly Silverman came with me dressed up as a little pumpkin. Her mommy works with mine and she is about 3 months younger than me so I looked after her. My BFF Amelia arrived as a punk rocker. I've noticed that she's becoming a bit of a rebel as she gets older. Daddy thought the costume contest was rigged because I did not win the "prettiest" division. It didn't bother me though because I had fun playing with my friends and watching the big kids in their scary costumes!

After listening to my advice, Mommy & daddy decided to decorate our front yard. With my assistance, they created a pumpkin patch. I played in it a few times and found the hay very tasty mmmmmmm. Don't ya think it looks cool?



The Capri director must have agreed with me because we won 'Yard of the Month". We get to put a sign up in our yard for the month of November and were given a $25 gift card to Lowes......I wonder what i should buy.

On the actual day of Halloween, I dressed up as a little ghost for school. Mommy said this outfit was more practical for crawling around with my friends Rachel, Dynah and Matthew all day long. At school we had a party with all the big kids, it was lots of fun.



That night, mommy took me to the Family Church Fall Festival. I got to get my photo taken in the church pumpkin patch. While I was sitting there, I thought I should try out the pumpkin because it looked so tasty, mommy got a photo of me taking a bite. While I was here I saw my friend Sarah Ross who was dressed as a flower. Sarah is 2 weeks older than me and our mom's met in a childbirth class while we were in their bellies!



Finally (whew what a week) I got to go to a grown up party with mommy & daddy. Daddy dressed up as a cowboy (what a stretch) and mommy put on an afro wig and bright red top. I got a little scared when I first saw mommy's hair but after my initial shock I thoroughly enjoyed pulling on it all night long. I was a little worn out from being a fairy and a ghost so i decided I would go as myself. Uncle Fritz went as a pimp (I'm still not sure what that is) and Aunt Sarah was Minnie Mouse.



I cant wait til next Halloween because Daddy says I will be old enough to go trick or treating with him. I wonder what I should be......

TAILGATING: "Go Gators!"

We live in Gainesville where the might Gators play. My mommy & daddy are both Gator Alumni which automatically makes me a baby gator. The Gators won the national basketball competition this year and have had a great start to the football season. My favorite thing to do is tailgate with my mommy & daddy and their friends. I take lots of milk and snacks and like to share it with Amelia who is also a baby gator. Here are some pictures of our tailgating adventures. Do you like our cheerleading outfits?

PIONEER DAY

I went to Pioneer Day in Mayo this weekend. This is the town daddy grew up in. Everybody here is really nice and they all make a huge fuss over me. They talk kinda funny (not as funny as Grandma, Grandpa & Uncle Mick though) but you get used to it after a while. I saw a horsie and a giant cow that was giving away milk, I guess somebody told them milk was my favorite.
There was a big parade that Aunt Lilli was in (she got really embarrassed when we called her name) and lots of booths with people trying to sell my parents things. My highlight was meeting Mr Cow and eating leaves in the bouncy castle while Kaypers and Michaela jumped around. I got to spend time with Grandaddy and Meme Rain. Sometimes they try and hide me so that mommy & daddy can't find me because they say they want to keep me. I think I would like living with them just as long as Grandaddy would let me drive the tractor and become a partner in the cucumber business.

UNCLE ZACHARY'S WEDDING

Today was Uncle Zachary & Aunt Tricia's wedding. That means that Tricia is now my Aunty so I'm very happy. I was in the bridal party and got to wear a pretty blue dress that my Aunt Lilli wore when she was a baby. My cousin Michaela pulled me down the aisle in a wagon. Everybody ohhhed and ahhhed at me as I came down the aisle. Daddy was the bestman and sang a Randy Travis song 'Forever & Ever'. I sure hope I inherit his voice and not mommy's (She doesnt sing very good but i still love her). Aunt Tricia looked really pretty and the wedding was a country and western theme. I was actually feeling really sick at the wedding so i was not my vibrant self. It turned out I had a bad ear infection. I got to see my little cousin Alex and my BFF Amelia. For the first time ever, I took a bottle from mommy. It was a photographic moment.

After all my involvement in Uncle Zachary's wedding I was pooped!

MY FIRST BOAT RIDE!

This weekend we went back to daddy's hometown. We went down to the Suwannee River and Uncle Len took me out on my first boat ride. It was super fast & I got to watch mommy & daddy wakeboard. I can't wait till I can try it out.



After a long day at the river I was exhausted so I took a nap in daddy's lap.

MY FIRST HORSE RIDE!

Today, mommy & daddy took me to a horse farm in Ocala. Aunt Sarah's parents (Amelia's grandparents) live there. I got to ride two different horses & I wasnt even scared!
